Advocacy and Support Coordination
I act as the main point of contact for families, helping them navigate the SEND system. I provide guidance and support throughout every step of the process.
I advocate on behalf of families to ensure their child's needs are understood and met. I work closely with schools, healthcare providers, and social services to secure the best possible outcomes for your child.
Collaboration with Professionals
I work collaboratively with schools, health professionals, and social care providers to create a coordinated support network around each child.
I provide referrals to specialist services when more targeted support is needed.

Emotional Support and Mentoring
I offer one-on-one emotional support and mentoring to parents and carers helping them manage the challenges associated with raising a young person with SEND.
Training and Guidance
I provide training sessions to educate families about their rights under SEND legislation and how to effectively communicate with professionals.
I conduct workshops covering various topics, including effective communication strategies, managing Autism/ADHD/PDA, parenting courses (Take3) and understanding the EHCP process.

Assistance with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs)
I assist families with the EHCP process, from initial assessment to plan development, review and attending meetings with professionals. I help ensure that the plan accurately reflects the child's needs and provides the necessary support.
I support families in reviewing and amending existing EHCPs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Access to Services and Resources
I help families access a wide range of services and benefits, including educational support, healthcare, and social services.
I connect families with local community resources and specialist services that can provide additional support.
