Nicola, is amazing, what she doesn't know about supporting families in the world of SEN isn't worth knowing. She helped me by explaining what rights me and my child have and she coached me, so I could vocalise my child needs in school meetings. 

Knowing our rights  has changed the way I approach the school and other professionals. We now are being listened to and we have less stress at home, as a direct result of the support Nicola has given me. I would highly recommend her services, she also approaches everything in a way I could fully understand and access. Thank you Nicola. J x
